Administration Assistant

As a Administration Assistant you will be required to provide efficient administration, data input and scanning support service within the Quote Generation Unit Department at our Head Office.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration and clerical support for the Department.
  • Input data accurately and in a timely manner and maintain records efficiently.
  • Run financial reports as required and upload to the database.
  • Carry out general office duties, and any other reasonable tasks, as required.

Experience / Skills

  • Excellent PC and Keyboard skills
  • Touch typist with proven track record and experience (60-80 wpm) preferable.
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Understand and execute detailed instructions
  • Experience in organising own workload efficiently
